This past July, I died. After a few weeks of teaching and settling into Chapel Hill, Jamie gently suggested it was time for me to have “the full 5-MeO” experience. “You’ve earned it” he said, “I want you to have this experience.”

I hardly need convincing when it comes to taking deep dives, so we waited until the right day and time presented itself to proceed.

After a full day’s work of guiding with another client, we took a small break and settled in for a nice, ‘cozy’ evening with Bufo.

I consider Bufo the catalyst for this new world I am in today and how I was able to meet Jamie in 2020. They say that these medicines connect you with the frequency of other people who have taken the medicine, and I suppose this was accurate, at least in my case. My first time with Bufo was back in October 2019. That time, I ascended and landed as Mary Magdalene, and while it felt close to death, I never lost consciousness. Four months later, I met Jamie and my life changed.

Four years later, I was ready to die.
