This week, I felt a lot of things — deep anxiety, fear, confusion, hate, anger and finally, some inner feelings of peace. I have a smattering of thought clips — a representation of a mind attempting to make sense of this spiritual ascension journey. Big hugs to all of you who have made it this far.
RIP Robert Gilbert, PhD
I have mentioned Dr. Gilbert numerous times in this newsletter, so it came as a shock and sadness to hear of his passing this week. I’m not aware of the cause. For those who recall, Dr. Gilbert is founder of the Vesica Institute and was one of the forerunners in the merging of sacred wisdom with mathematics, which combined, created what they called, Biogeometry. His work with vogel crystals is something Dr. Alexis Cowan has expressed interest in replicating if/when she receives funding from Nicole Shanahan to fund her own mito lab. With a fading of one bright light makes space for new voices to be heard. Rest in power, Dr. Gilbert.
Safety registers as boredom in those with trauma.
Last week, I felt bored. Instead of running from it, I sat with it and realized it wasn’t boredom, but a new level of peace and contentment coursing through my being. On this Valentine’s Day, stay close to yourself. Boundless love flows in and around you.
Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine by Gail Honeyman
This week, I scrolled a little bit less, thanks to this book. It’s so good and wholesome. A very satisfying and breezy read - happy ending included!
What is Lupercalia?
According to Wiki: “also known as Lupercal, was a pastoral festival of Ancient Rome observed annually on February 15 to purify the city, promoting health and fertility.[1] It involved sacrifices of goats and a dog, striking women with goatskin thongs, and offering cakes by the Vestals.” Interesting. I’ll take the cake part of this deal.

That’s all for this week — short and sweet. Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!
